An engineer by training. A marketer by practice.
Currently building marketing at Armatis.
Hi, I'm Audrey.
I'm a marketing lead based in France, currently building the marketing function at Armatis. Before that, engineering and audit shaped the way I approach a problem.
When I first chose engineering, I chose civil engineering.
Not because I had always dreamed of becoming an engineer. I wanted to make things that would last. Things people would use.
Then my path changed. Engineering led me to business. Business led me to audit. And eventually, I found marketing.
At first, it might have looked like a complete change of direction. It wasn't. I was still interested in the same thing, just not with concrete anymore.
I like marketing when it starts with the business, not the campaign.
Brand
Make the company make sense.
Positioning. Messaging. Identity. Narrative.
Marketing
Turn strategy into action.
Go-to-market. Acquisition. Content. Campaigns.
Systems
Make marketing something you can repeat.
Editorial systems. SEO/GEO. Reporting. Measurement.
Leadership
Prioritise, and follow through.
Agencies. Teams. Execution.
I don't believe marketing exists to make a company look bigger than it is. It exists to make what's valuable easier to understand, and easier to choose.
A few things I've built.
001 Armatis 2025 — ↗ Growing marketing inside an existing organisation. 002 Studely 2023—2025 ↗ −30% acquisition cost, +20% new clients YoY. 003 NaTondi 2020 — ↗ A brand of my own, twice.Armatis
Growing marketing inside an existing organisation. 2025 →
Armatis was entering a new chapter : the brand was changing, and the marketing function needed to be structured almost from scratch.
Reporting to the marketing director, I worked on : brand identity, a multilingual corporate website, an editorial line across LinkedIn, blog and newsletters, a podcast, event programs, and monthly performance reporting for the leadership team, alongside budget and agency management.
Studely
2023 — 2025
A fintech financing international education.
I defined and ran the acquisition mix : SEO, SEA, social, email and CRM automation, with a constant focus on cost and conversion, not just visibility.
NaTondi
A brand of my own, twice. 2020 →
I founded NaTondi in 2020 as a women's jewelry brand, inspired by my mother and my Cameroonian heritage. I shaped its brand, e-commerce, content and community.
I later turned NaTondi into an independent publishing house, and published a children's book, in both French and English.
NaTondi taught me something corporate marketing never could : what it feels like to start with an idea, make every decision yourself, and change course when the idea needs to become something else.
I think in public.
I write about B2B marketing, AI, work, ambition, identity, and the messy paths between them.
On marketing → On life and non-linear paths →Parcours Informels

How I work.
I create structure.
I know how to start from very little and give it shape.
I understand the business.
I don't separate marketing from the business it's part of.
I follow the numbers.
Good marketing needs a point of view. It also needs evidence.
I make complexity clear.
I don't want to be the smartest person in the room.
I want a room where good people can do their best work.
I want marketing involved in decisions, not just executing them.
